I am an Excel expert with a lot of experience in creating complex formulas and macros. Your requirement can be easily done using a macro, this is the algorithm I thought of. First count the total number of rows which will serve the loop counter, then starting from the first row check the value of column J if its zero then check the value of column D, if it matches the value in column T then replace the value of column J to the value of column U.
