General Finance Support, Personal and Corporate Tax filings -- 2

Role: I am looking for a dedicated person to support me in all Finance, Tax, and Accounting. Your role is the successful management of my personal and company’s finances. Responsibilities: Being aware of all financial deadlines related to the companies and making sure all filings are done on time with no penalties. Make sure all information for returns and filings is gathered 8 weeks prior to any deadline. Preparing and filing 2x company’s UK tax returns and company accounts to companies house? Preparing and filing 1x company’s Singapore tax returns Working with me to prepare financial projections and business models on various projects Preparing 2x personal UK tax returns Preparing 1x personal US tax return Preparing 1x personal Singapore tax return Preparing 1501c form for USA Daily work preparing financial summary for one of my clients based on trading activities. Working with me to handle daily expenses, manage receipts, and create life budgets. Working with me to do reconciliation work - Example: expenses vs receipts vs account statements. Skills: Must be aware of US, UK, Singapore tax rules for both corporate and personal Must be excellent working with MS Excel Must be excellent at Google sheets Ideally have experience working with accounting package XERO or Quickbooks online
