Looking for Event Hosts/Staff to help coordinate vendors for luxury residential events.

Looking for outgoing and detail oriented people to host events in luxury residential buildings. We put these events on across the US with a focus in Chicago, New York, New Jersey, D.C, Maryland, Virginia, Miami, and Ft. Lauderdale. They are generally around 2 hours, sometimes longer, and all details are figured out for the hosts. All details are given to hosts before the events start. Typically the hosts are in charge of making sure décor is set up, vendors are where they need to be set up, and all residents know what all is going on. They may be in charge of set up, handing out a beverage, sharing the event details with residents and take down of event at the end. Some events are more simplistic and others may have much more involvement. Must be 21+ and have reliable transportation. Currently looking for hosts that are open to communication on different dates as this is not a one time need. Thanks!
