They work closely with our users every step of their journey, helping them identify goals that will allow them to achieve their ultimate health goals. Sounds like fun? Read on. What you'll do: - Lead virtual groups of individuals who are seeking to improve their health and lifestyle habits by preventing and managing chronic and pre-chronic conditions - Understand user behavior both qualitatively and quantitatively, and apply the learnings Impact product decisions by reporting key findings from user stories - Motivate, guide, and help our users navigate through their programs successfully - Make sure everyone in your groups is happy, motivated and on track to meet their wellness goals Who you are: - You have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, OR an Associate's Degree plus 2000 hours of related wellness experience (sports medicine, personal coaching, etc.) - You’ve worked as a teacher or coach and you love driving people to reach their goals - You are passionate about nutrition and exercise - You love understanding people-- using qualitative and quantitative means - Must be a Native German speaker - Understanding how to deliver NDPP is a plus. - Background in psychology and/or nutrition is a plus. - Recent grads welcome! Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören: - Das Coachen und Leiten einer virtuelle Gruppe von Menschen, welche das Ziel verfolgen ihre Gesundheit und ihren Lebensstil zu verbessern, indem sie versuchen chronische und pre-chronische Erkrankungen vorzubeugen und zu regulieren. - Die Verhaltensweisen deiner User zu verstehen, sowohl auf quantitativer, als auch qualitativer Weise, und den Lernprozess strategisch anzuwenden. - Produktentscheidungen zu beeinflussen, indem du das Feedback deiner User gezielt analysierst. - Deine User während dem Programm zu motivieren, sodass sie dieses Erfolgreich abschließen werden. - Das Aufrechterhalten der Gruppendynamik in deinen Noom Gruppen, so dass jeder User am Ball bleibt und die Unterstützung erhält, die benötigt wird. Du hast folgende Qualifikationen: - Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache. - Du hast einen Bachelor Abschluss in einem verwandten Studienfach, ODER eine Ausbildung + 2,000 Stunden der damit verbundenen Erfahrung im Bereich Sportmedizin, persönliches Coaching, etc. - Du hast als Lehrer, Trainer oder Coach gearbeitet, und dich bist unglaublich motiviert, wenn es darum geht Menschen zu helfen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen. - Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Ernährung und Sport. - Du liebst es Menschen zu verstehen - mit qualitativen und quantitativen Mitteln. - Wissen über das Nationale Programm zur Diabetes-Prävention ist ein Plus. - Hintergrund in Psychologie und/oder Ernährung ist ein Plus. - Hochschulabsolventen Willkommen!
