Hi,
We are a digital signage company who is looking for a full time first level help desk operator (25+ hrs p.w) that is fluent in English and Spanish.
The operator will be expected to perform general Tier 1 tasks such as logging tickets, answering questions, performing basic checks and escalating to Tier 2 support.
Tier 2 support are English speaking only, so part of the role will be to act as translator between Tier 2 and the customer as required.
