Simple PHP work / Image Sizing

I am looking for someone who can complete some simple HTML work inside of a PHP framework.
We are taking the homes from: [url removed, login to view]
and incorporating them on our corporate site: [url removed, login to view]
We want the new layout to be similar to this: [url removed, login to view]
You will need to copy all the images and text from the old site to the new site to make these files.
Some of the images need to be sliced up to make them fit into this format.
For the homes with multiple images / floorplans, we want a simple javascript that shows the thumbnails and allows you to change the center image.
