We recently launched Sugar CRM Professional & I am working on a 2 part project:
1) Review the software with someone VERY familiar with Sugar & obtain their advice on how to implement and improve the software for our specific needs (This Job)
2) Implement the above recommendations. The winner of the current project may or may not assist with the second phase.
This current phase will entail:
- Me describing our needs and workflows
- Your recommendations on how to customize the software to better serve our needs
I need someone that has worked on the software extensively with numerous different industries & can offer suggestions on how to improve the software.....not just implement my ideas.
They must be able to clearly communicate this to me. I prefer to speak on the phone for our initial consultations.
