Send email jpg

Hi, for My requirements… Frist of all….what is my problem: Usually in big company the disable the internet access for all employed sometime only a few website able to open like (google search only ; google translate), but the email working fine send/receiving within our side the domain of company like send email to your personal email (Gmail,outlook,ets…). Example : if I open “google search” and search for “IGN” the search is working fine but when you click the link is give a massage “Content blocked by company”. Since I want to read only the text I try the google cache is not working ether. What I need: To use email service “Gmail” to send only the link page to and send back full screen with readable size and format JPG. Example : Sending with full link for any website to my personal Gmail and receiving from my Gmail JPG format content full screen.
