Modify functioning Eagle/PCB design

I'm looking for an experienced person to make a few simple modifications to an Eagle schematic/PCB. It is for a Lipo battery charger with USB input. What I need added is power pass-through so that the Lipo battery can power something directly at 3.7V.
Essentially, the job entails:
1) adding power pass-through from Lipo battery to a new JST output
2) removing an unnecessary JST input and its associated components (e.g. diode)
2) removing the On/Off switch
3) ensuring both the schematic and PCB are free of errors
**Also need at least two mounting holes added (sorry that I forgot that)**
The corresponding *.sch file will be provided to the successful applicant.
