Professional Electrical Engineering design of a 33kV substation

Concept design of 6MVA (4MW) substation to Australian and New Zealand Standards for Utility Connections, with production of single line diagrams, generic specification for procurement of all LV and HV gear associated, as per Independent Power Producer Agreement, suitable for tropical conditions (Samoa). We require a Professional Electrical Engineer (BSc Elec Eng) with experience at Senior Electrical Engineer level. Proficient in technical writing in English. Stage 1 (50%) produce single line diagram and supporting legends, schedules and specifications for submission to peer review by reputable NZ engineering consultancy. NZ engineers will ensure compliance to ANZ Standards. Please design to best practice standard. Stage 2 (25%) review feedback by client and peer-reviewer, including any adaptations to fit required Standard as indicated by the Electrical Interconnection Facility Agreement. Stage 3 (25%) present final documentation with clear and industrially acceptable standard of generic design specification to enable procurement by tender.
