Magmi product integration - volusion to magento community

Hello,
I originally had a store with volusion, I have recreated this stores design in magento community and also manually recreated the same categories. I have uploaded Magmi to my magento's FTP server but am unable to upload the exported CSV file from volusion, I get an SKU error.
I need someone with experience with Magmi to import my volusion products and product images to magneto. I would appreciate your best quotes on this and will need future work importing customer accounts.
If you have not used Magmi before then please do not apply for this project!
