Need to create a rule to implement custom PHP Code in Drupal 7.

Requirements:

1. The rule needs to come into effect during the feeds import.

2. The rule needs to auto convert word/pdf files to text before importing using Feeds Importer.

3. It needs to attach the original word/pdf file to the newly created node under the file field.

We have the custom php code for the conversion. Need help in implementing the same in Rules to work along with the Feeds Importer and attach the file to the respective nodes. As this is a micro project, the payment for the same is limited upto USD10.00
