Drupal 7 Commerce site - update maintenance and fix stocking issue

Need to have updates added to site so everything is current.
Need to make sure that the stock amount is correctly subtracted from when orders are placed either through the admin site or purchasing online. This function might be working correctly but I need you to make sure. This could be just the user not following correct procedure when entering in a sale. Just need to rule out any possible bugs in the system in this regard.
Would like to also discuss a site redesign, not anything extensive but to tighten up the look we have and figure out what to do with the main header and nav bar, since they are adding more nav links and the links are spilling over into the next line. Just want to discuss this so I can create a separate project, not act on it yet.
