Look like this is data migration project to integrate heterogeneous (or homogenous ) source of data to consolidate as master database. Please consider our proposal as we have good experience handling data migration with huge volume of data with different data sources like RDBMS, flat files, etc Depending on the volume and complexity this may be divided into 4 different phases: 1. Requirement Gathering & Data Diving - Understand data with user as well as looking into the data. 2.
