We are a real estate law firm and will be using Actionstep database to manage our client files. Before I can transfer my files, I need to create a Closing Disclosure Form [login to view URL]
that is fully automated with the actionstep merge fields. I also want to be able to have full use and knowledge on how to incorporate the accounting portion of actionstep with the Closing Disclosure as I will be issuing checks from the data. We are currently only using a fraction of the full potential of the database, and this is partly due to time investment involved in building up the system.
We will need someone to help us to create the Closing Disclosure and tweak actionstep ([login to view URL]) to work for our law firm. You will work with existing templates we are currently using and will be inputting the mail merge fields into the document so that when we later use them, the fields will automatically populate with the data that is already in the Actionstep database. Other templates will require more advanced mail merge field functions, like calculations. Knowledge of HotDocs Developer will very valuable when we require templates.
