Objective = Create small app which will read file from input folder and export to output folder. it should read the input file csv file and export to csv file based on following logic. It should allow user to set the input folder it should allow user to set the output folder it should allow user to set minimum volume per row = if rows volume column has value less then set by user then don,t export to output file for that row. it should allow user to click on export I will provide complete specs once you bid i need it fast and cheap. i would like to have you use c# or C++.
