Upload articles from PDF to WordPress

I have a bunch of articles (32 pages total in a pdf; about 35 +/-5 articles total). I need them to be imported into my WordPress site. Most of it can be done via copy and pasting. I would want the following information imported: * wordpress article title * intelligent guess on the correct category (news, opinion, a&e, sports). Editorial and Humor are clearly marked. * authors (may have to create user accounts) * article content, formattted wordpress style (correct paragraphs/headers/blockquote/etc) * images (with captions) -- a screen clipping of the image in the pdf would suffice in quality * article order (Will explain in meeting -- see below) We would have a 30 minute (remote) meeting to briefly walk through the process (between 7 am and 10 pm EDT on a weekend); then the rest would be completed on your schedule by the deadline. Deadline: August 28th, 2015. Each article would take about 7 minutes; 7mins/article * 35 articles = 245 mins = about 4 hours + 30 minute meeting. An efficient worker shouldn't need more than 5 hours total.
