Transcript serial numbers from photos

I have a bunch of photos that include doorways - that have unique door number stickers on them - and equipment pieces - that have unique asset id (yellow or white barcoded) stickers on them. Then some of the photos won't have either of these things (they'll just be of the equipment or room)
I would like someone to look at each image, categorise them into either "doorway" photos, "asset id barcode" photos or "other", then transcribe/type out the door id or asset id (for the first two categories) - when a photo is unreadable, mark it as such and move on
I'm open to different tools that will help with getting this done, and am interested in previous experiences and suggestions for how to carry out the process, so let me know what you've used and suggest to use in your quote
I've attached a sample of the photos, there are around 200 to begin with, if successful we may consider doing it for more images
