Do some Excel Work

We need to set up an Excel Spreadsheet to assist us in our quoting process for storage and shelving units for healthcare. Our typical customer will have either a storage room that will need multiple shelving units per room, or multiple rooms quoted up. The excel sheet would have a series of lines - each line would be a process & beside this process description there would be either: 1) a fillable field or 2) a drop down box with options to select. Example of the fields would be: • Shelf Length • Shelf Width • Shelf Height • Tiers required • Nickle Chrome Vs. Stainless Steel • Static v.s Mobile • Qty of Units Required Once options are chosen & fields are filled in, options would be automatically calculated further down the spreadsheet with the materials required listed. This list would come from a list of materials in the background with the full listing of products, codes, description and pricing (Broken into RRP, 10% discount, 20% discount, 30% discount). This list of products will be supplied once the content has been awarded. Approximately 80 products broken into shelves, posts, castors, etc. Then approximately 40 accessories. Each shelving unit is made up of individual shelves, posts, castors and accessories. If underneath the listing of items required it could also have a total cost in RRP and then you can select to show it in RRP, 10%, 20% or 30% discount options for the quote to be sent to the customer. If the spreadsheet could then list the accessories that will match the products listed above. This list will also be a list of materials with product code, description, RRP pricing. It will need to list an each price not a combined total. Once all processes are filled in, the spreadsheet would need to be printed out in PDF to send to customers if there can also be a field to fill in: • Contact name • Company name • From Contact Details including company logo. We are not sure if this is possible but ideally we would like the option to show multiple “units” per spreadsheet tab with a total price at the bottom of the page for all units. Then if the quote is large and needs to cover multiple rooms, can we create new tabs to identify different rooms and then when you create a PDF quote it will list all items required broken down into units and rooms. “Example a Hospital has 3 different storage rooms that need quoting up with multiple units per room. The Quote can show how many units will go into each room – cost per unit and a breakdown of the cost per room, Then a Total for everything. “ If possible we will need the ability to update the stockist in the background as our products will increase over time.
