Produce a database of real estate agencies in India and the individual real estate agents, based in India, selling property located in EITHER Australia & the United Kingdom. The freelancer will need to be based in India and able to search across various india based social media and traditional media platforms to identify the list of agencies and their agents. Information required on the agency is Name, Location, Website, Property Location ie AU or UK We do not want: Promoting to foreigners: It is important that the agent is located in India and promoting properties that are located in Australia or the United Kingdom to people in India and not that they sell Indian properties to people from Aus or UK. Property developers: We do not want property developers from Aus or UK who have set up offices in India to promote their properties Global Commercial Estate agencies: We do not want agents from international commercial agents. The following are examples but not exhaustive: Colliers, CBRE Knight Frank, Savills, Southerbys, Chestertons, RayWhite, JLL
