Need pickup and delivery service on my Hong Kong tourist visa -- 2

Hi Everyone, Heard from my friend about Freelancer, D F, academic writer. Please help I will be traveling to HK in January,2019 with my Family (13 Adults and one child). We have 10 successful PAR and 4 not successful. I have arranged all documentation and I visited ICICI, HDFC banks in Noida today but they refused to make DD in HKD. I also sent 10 emails to different agencies in HK enquiring for visa help but no success there either. I was thinking maybe they can submit our application and pay the fee in cash. Any help will be highly appreciated.
