Summary: I would like to hire a Freelancer person to download records into a file and perform editing work. The Freelancer person must be able to *directly* answer my questions, know English fluently and show up on time for TeamViewer meetings.

Details: 1) The contractor that I hire will download records, enter a 4th column of domain names and send me a file in the format of “Two record IT Managers downloaded as summary” (see attached). You will be downloading and creating: “Chief Financial Officer” – approximate number of records/people count: 112,368.. I also want a money-back guarantee if I am not satisfied, unlimited revisions and a 3 month warranty on your work. Please do not offer a bid price and then attempt to change it later.
