Long term Virtual Assistant (VA) needed
$8-15 USD / hora
I’m looking for a virtual assistant who can help me during the week for an average of 1–4 hours per day, ideally long-term.
MUST speak great English.
I must be able to call you on the phone and text message you through out the day. This will usually just be one call in the morning or evening.
I respect personal time and I will not be texting or call you after 7pm cst.
What Im looking for:
*Excellent communication skills (email, messages, Skype, phone)*Can provide past proof and references
*Can start working on new projects immediately
*Can deliver projects FAST and on a deadline

My interview process consist of a trial period.
Depending on how the first couple of tasks go, this potentially can become a very long lasting assignment / relationship.

Find the best deal on Amazon for a office telephone which has the following features: voicemail, caller ID, Bluetooth, call waiting, call forward feature. Priced under $150. Recommendation of 2 models based on reviews & price. Send via email.
Find the best deals for small list of industrial equipment locally vs online. Combine in spreadsheet with links to purchase along with prices
Setup linked in account. All content provided.
Research & create a list of U.S. Wide education opportunities for specific trade. Online & local. Combine online class & local class in spreadsheet along with tuition prices.
Research Alexis traffic stats & social media presence for a list of websites.
Write your first name in all caps at the top of your cover letter.
Post various questions in select web forums & report answers via email
Research list of industry related web blogs. Deliver by email.
Organize list of contacts and other info in my gmail crm
Research equipment rental prices & availability locally
Plot list of home addresses on a Google map in order to see which homes are near by each other.
Create a lead sheet in excel of home addresses. General map of 10 block area will be provided.
Transcribe short audio files.
Write/edit short emails, briefs, & articles.
Forum research.
