Do Blog and Forum Commenting and Give me Back Excel Report

I have one easy project but need to be very familiar with forum system and you should know english very well. Here is the job instructions attached file, pleae read it very carefully only then apply if you not read my instructions then I will never accept your bid. One comment= 15 minutes, so per hour 15*6=60 minutes= 6 comments and for this time, for first one hour is sample and you will need to make only three comments and you will get 2$ per hour. If your job accepted then you will be hired for long time.
