1. Download list of new contacts and new form entries from website (Wordpress) backend and upload into Mailchimp. (Mondays and Thursdays)
2. Send a Welcome email from Mailchimp (Mondays and Thursdays)
3. Download lists of new form entries from Website (Wordpress) and divide them into categories (industry) and email them to me (Mondays)
4. Add clients into our CRM (Batchbook)
5. Analyse and present form entries to gather market research
6. Manage Mailchimp - and improve if possible (segment groups etc)
7. Fill in time sheets online
8. Weekly management meeting with the director
(9. We may later on add a job that involves updating and emailing proposals to clients and managing Batchbook more in depth)
From previous experience and previous workers, this has taken about 2-3 hours weekly and we have paid $30 for it.
We will upgrade the workload, responsibility and alarm as we go.
If possible, we can add:
1. Call new clients to welcome them - very brief info to start with - must fill in calling sheet
2. Call current clients to go through our terms of business (information booklet provided)
