Simple Research & Data Entry - 225 Entries Into Web Form

I have a list of 225 items that need to be researched and then a form filled out on my website for each one. I have good references for you to use and the information is easy to find directly from the websites in my list. You will not need to use Google or a web scraper tool, and will not need to manipulate any data or calculations.
This task is simple but I need someone with great attention to detail that I can trust to accurately complete this project. I'm looking for someone who will communicate with me often on the progress of the project.
I would like the work to be done by October 19 or sooner. I estimate the project will take between 22 and 33 hours. Plus an ~ hour to fully understand my requirements and ask for any clarifications that you may need.
