1. A separate spreadsheet for each pdf
2. Spreadsheet needs columns: Category (the heading), Subcategory (subheading), Correction (the text), Section (the reference at end on text)
3. Do not include comment number but include subitems numbers
4. Do not text portion such as “Part III:” for categories
5. Do not include equations.
6. Use carriage returns only at end of paragraph
7. Do not do the starting items that include Instructions, Administration, Application, Clearances and anything before them
