Format Product Descriptions

We are using an ecommerce website to sell our products. We have 100 products listed which all have different descriptions.
The descriptions are all poorly formatted and copied from microsoft word and other websites so the colours, text size and html is quite messy.
The poor formatting needs to be removed back to plain unformatted text with bullet points, tables and if the product contains an image the image should be appropriately sized and aligned as necessary and a standard paragraph of information needs to be copied to each product listing.
I would like to see 5 products completed as a milestone so they can be checked by me before completing the remaining products.
