Web application - Dynamically create buttons and forms

I am building a website that allows user to dynamically create html buttons and forms. This project is for an application only and not the full website. The user should be given the option to adjust a standard login form(username, password, submit button) as well as have the option to create a stand alone button, field or form. If the user is working with the login form the user should be able to click the submit button, field or form to begin adjusting the CSS properties of the tag selected. Top-left side of the screen should display the form, button and or field. Top-right side should show the css options with the use of sliders, input fields, drop downs and pallet selectors to adjust the output in the top-left screen. bottom-left should display the appropriate HTML code the user should use bottom-right should display the CSS code needed to achieve the output of the top-left I am not looking for a license, I need full rights to the code. The only libraries that can be used are the Google CDN for javascript and jquery. I would also like the ability to scale this project in the near future. I will be giving the user the ability to dynamically add form fields and buttons in the future so the code should be able to support this future functionality without rewriting the code from scratch.
