Project Magento minor layout changes

Hello all,

I am looking for a Magento expert to perform some minor design changes in the layout of a magento website.

Job must be done today!!

Changes must be done in theme082 map (images/css) on FTP

The website is based on skin: [url removed, login to view]

On a empty domain I installed magento. After that the skin was installed.

I made some changes in the PIC and CSS to meet the desires of the client.

On the following link you can see design of client:

What needs to be done;

On homepage (in middle section) you see 9 pic. we must see pics like client_design

Below these 9 pics extra banner pic, and welcome text.

On right hand side shopping cart layout must be changed

Under shopping card extra pic

And site language must be Dutch (I do not know how to change that…)

link "inhoud winkelwagen" must be called "mijn bestelling" So where now is: "My Cart" on the template (upper right corner).

The link “Nu betalen” (pay now) must come below the blue section (below “Totaal”).

Job must be done today!!

I have budget of 60$

FTP and Magento passwords are sent after project agreement.
