go to [login to view URL], you see the 4 red buttons near the middle of the screen. now mouseover buttons 'meetin paris' and 'info paris', notice the mouseover effect. eg when mouse over meetin paris button, note how the form and "creer un meetin button" appear and the meetin paris button go up. the problem is that this has been done using plugins and it is not responsive. now open the attached zip file. i need to have the same mouse over effect in home red [login to view URL] but without using plugins. the query that you will do must also be responsive. i am using twitter bootstrap as responsive framework. when you add class or id to the css file , do it at the bottom of the file and put a comment there so that i know it is the class you have added. study it first. then ask me questions before u begin. pls bit low.
