We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Dispute Process Systemization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing our credit dispute process using tools such as Go High Level, Zapier, and other relevant software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit dispute procedures and the ability to create an efficient and user-friendly workflow for our future staff. Unlike others we use Experian and manually copy and paste accounts over to a template. We yield the best results using this specific way. Our goal is to systemize and delegate this process. We need helping seeing that through.
Responsibilities:
1. **Systemize Credit Dispute Process:**
- Utilize software tools like Go High Level, Zapier, etc., to create an automated and efficient credit dispute process.
- Develop a systematic approach to managing and organizing documents related to credit disputes.
2. **Document Management:**
- Establish a centralized location for all credit dispute documents to ensure easy accessibility for future staff.
- Implement a robust filing system with timestamps for every document, indicating when and to which credit bureau the document was sent.
3. **Workflow Optimization:**
- Design and implement an intuitive and easy-to-follow workflow for future staff members.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth onboarding for new team members.
4. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry best practices and software advancements to continually improve the credit dispute process.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English
- Proven experience in systemizing and optimizing credit dispute processes.
- Proficiency in using tools like Go High Level, Zapier, and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain a well-structured document management system.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to train and guide future staff members.
- Ability to adapt to changes and implement continuous improvements.
