- add new methods that can be called by command line:

- Hold:

- Mute:

- Transfer:

[login to view URL] msip:transfer_38192014

[login to view URL] msip:transfer

- Microfone volume up:

[login to view URL] msip:micup

- Microfone volume down:

[login to view URL] msip:micdown

- Speaker volume up:

[login to view URL] msip:speakup

- Speaker volume down:

Change header logo
