Need a Cheap Ebook + Sales Page Writer

I would like to hire one ebook writer.

Who could write ebooks on various subjects, must be 100% unique, and well formatted. Ebook must be 40 pages.

I will also need an sales letter of minimum 2,000 words to sell the ebook on my website. My budget is not much.
