You will be provided training, copywriting frameworks and processes we have used to be successful in this role, but your desire and drive to keep getting better is the fire that motivates everyone. What You Will Learn In This Role: -What successful Facebook ads look like and how to write ads like a pro -Ability to work in 10-20 different niches -Leveraging data to make copywriting decisions that influence Facebook ad, funnel and profitability of a business -Develop copywriting frameworks to exponentially grow your copywriting abilities Responsibilities + Desired Skills / Experience: -Write ads which includes 30-150 words of copy designed to grab the attention of a Facebook user to complete an action -Develop innovative ideas and angles on client campaigns to improve performance -Use Facebook data to make copywriting decisions to further test/optimize -Ability to read and learn voraciously about project management methodologies and implement changes in the agency immediately -Excellent organization skills with strong verbal and written communication skills -Provide ongoing suggestions for opportunities to create frameworks and copywriting systems.
