Write an ebook on Prescription meds

I need someone to do the research on, and write me an e-book (around 20 pages or so, what ever it takes to thouroughly convey the information) on "How to buy prescription medication online WITHOUT a prescription in a legal way. I know this can be done b/c I have heard of people doing it. I actually had this same project on here before and had another coder do it and the e-book sales like crazy, the problem is that I went with a coder that apparently did a very poor job b/c my refund rate is terribly high (nearly 30%) I need a QUALITY ebook that tells people precicely how to get the medications online WITHOUT a prescription, yet legally. I know in the process the customer ends up obtaining a prescription based on a telephone conversation with a doctor, and that doctor does basically a phone conversation and grants them a prescription (this is how it is legal) I will provide the person who's bid I accept with the current version of this e-book if needed, the point is I need a QUALITY product and an excellent writer who is up to the task of doing the research and making my customers happy.
