Rewriting a technical resume for management position(repost)

**IMPORTANT: Experience writing management/exec level resumes is required**

**IMPORTANT: The task requires some familiarity with Microsoft technologies.**

I have a resume that targets a techinical Architect position. I need to have this resume rewritten so it can be submitted for the executive management / CxO positions. I will provide:

1) An old resume

2) A last position profile:

The profile has following sections: introduction, highlights, feedbacks, project experience, education, publications. The task will imply revision of every paragraph and probably the resume structure.

3) A list of catch phrases that should be used while merging the old resume with profile and rewriting experiences, highlights, etc.

2. Please identify your experience with CxO and such resumes
