60 Niche Pr4+ Links to my site + 30 Articles

I am looking for 30 uniquely written niche articles which will each feature 2 unique links to my website for a total of 60 links. Each unique content relevant article must be permanently placed on a page of PR4+ (home page rank does not count, PR4 needs to be page rank of page articles is placed). Each article must also be on a niche related website (home and garden related) to count and will be relevant to the products featured on our website.

* Each link will feature a dedicated page with a uniquely written article related to my website. Articles must not be similar to each other in any way. All article topics will focus on a theme, but should be a uniquely different topic.

* Each article must be of high quality, in well spoken english and must be unique quality content that provides valuable information to the reader. Only looking for high quality writers, please don't waste my time with article spinning software. Articles should be good enough to send traffic to our site, not just function as links.

* All articles must come from unique webpages hosted on different IPs

* A list of topics and article ideas will be given to you, but you will also have to use some creative imagination on your own as well.

* A list of 4 anchor texts will be provided and you will be asked to use each anchor text a given amount of times. You will be able to include them as anchor text embedded within the unique articles that you write.

* I am not looking for spam. I am looking for someone who has a track record for quality work and knows what I'm looking for.

* No duplicate content, low quality content, or spam.

* Content needs to be on a static page of PR4+. Blogs and wordpress will not count as page will move to archives and lose page rank.

* IMPORTANT: Must be content related to my product and must be on a relevant niche related website to count (anything home and garden)!

* More than 80% of sites that content/links are placed on must be US sites.

* All links must be permanent.

* You will need to send me samples of 5 articles you have written for consideration with embedded links.

* Please also send sample links that you have done in past showing the ability to place niche content on high page ranking sites that are on static pages.

* Please lightly discuss strategy you will use for my approval. Only white hat methods.

* Deadline is 14 days. I will pay in five prorated milestone payments at 10%, 20%, 40%, 70%, and 100% job done with positive feedback at each milestone.
