The website should has a databases keeping records for those sellers , each seller has a certain number of attempts in each month , once exceeded, the seller should pay for any additional photo uploaded.
the iOS and Android App should be ( web or hybrid ) connected with the website giving the ability to both customers and sellers to surfing or uploading the product photos .
the project should cover all the requirements needed such as (development - hosting with a good company - integration with a payment gateway - and any security measurement may required) .
