hello I have experienced in Microcontroller programming with Arduino for a long time. You can send me information and I can do it with a cheaper or more reasonable price than everyone. I have a lot of experience working with Arduino and big projects with ESP8266. With your application I think it is necessary to use nRF51822 with BLE protocol to communicate directly with the camera via this protocol or another hardware protocol. It takes no more than 1 week to complete it. Thanks you .

Dear sir, We are from India, We have domain expertise in timing circuit design and development for various task time TOF measurements, Pulse width Measurement etc. you may contact us on ej dot leds116 at gmail dot com What camera you are using? How it records,? i guess upon external triggering to camera may be HIGH or LOW going Edge trigger it starts recording as per your camera settings. that is fine but How controller knows to Trigger the Camera? Who will tell controller to Trigger the camera.? If you are only using controller circuits to Trigger the camera any Arduino with simple code like digitalWrite will solve your problem in very cheaper rate. if you search it you may get readymade solution with free of cost You have to explain your exact application in details. without knowing the facts about application it would not be good to bid anything. As per given data by yours it seems that you only looking for to trigger the camera externally everything else will be taken care by the camera only like recording videos and all. wish you good luck.
