Carbon Black & Rubber Compatibility Research

As part of a broader research and development initiative, I am looking for a specialist with expertise in material science or chemistry to embark on a comprehensive assessment of the compatibility of our recycled carbon black and rubber processing oils.
Key Project Requirements:
- The focus of the study needs to be on the compatibility of these two materials and to benchmark at differing concentrations against virgin Carbon Black and Rubber processing oils.
- I am interested in determining how their components interact, influence and perform in differing compounds and polymers.
- While all aspects of the materials need to be considered, the primary area of scrutiny should be their compatibility.
Testing and Analysis:
- A wide range of tests and analysis will be required for composition analysis of the materials. This will aid the understanding of the interaction and potential synergies of the chemical compounds present within them.
Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate should have a chemistry or materials science background, with experience conducting multiple methodologies, one being spectroscopy, and dealing with industrial materials such as carbon black and rubber processing oils.
