activeden.net CakePHP crm purchase needs some custom work

[login to view URL] we will need a section that we can track our monthly income and yearly income, this section also would need to separate gross from net income, so with that said the deals section when adding a new deal to have a net and gross amount, so the amount of the sale and under that the amount in tax being charged. This will allow us to choose any month and see how much sales tax we took and and how much profits we took in, we would also need to have this work for an annual period to see how much tax was taken in a whole year and also see how much profits we made in a whole year. This system works great for us as a CRM because it is simple, we need simple. We have contacted the creator of this system and they can do the custom work also, but they seem very busy and are extremely poor at communication so I am looking to get a price locally. Please get back to me with a price and how long it will take. Thanks!!!
