Xamarin Camera Application

I need single page Xamarin camera application with following features: Main Page: * Panel - Horizontally arranged Button labeled "Dummy 1", TextBox, Button labeled "Capture" and two buttons labeled "Dummy 2" and "Dummy 3". Except the Capture button all these controls does not need to do anything, will do that on my own. * Camera panel - this will show LIVE preview from front camera. If there is no front camera then does not display anything. There should be a "Live preview" checkbox - if it is checked live preview will be displayed, if not it will be hidden. Camera panel must be centered horizontally and vertically and must use maximum space but the ratio must be kept (do picture distortion). * Once user clicks "Capture" button camera should take a picture and save to device. No further dialogs must be displayed! Just capture what is displayed on the camera. Picture must be resized to given measures before it is saved to the device. The app must respond to device rotation and all the controls must be fully visible in both landscape and portrait. I can imagine the controls on top panel can be displayed not in a row but in two rows on small screen devices. Platform required: It must be either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], minimum Android version is 4.4. No need for IOS version. Full C# source code must be provided. If you intend to use any 3rd component please discuss that with me first. Am ready to pay 25% once the source code is provided, compiles and the app runs and the rest once all the features above are covered.
