Hi there, Your requirement is quite clear and straightforward to implement. Only thing bothered me at first was to get the data(lat, long) from the devices. But at the end you've mentioned that we could manually fill up the values for testing hence I guess you'll handle it while integrating this into the main application. I can start as soon as you award the project and expect to be done within 5 days at most. Per your request this'll be implemented on VS2015 with C# as a Winforms app. Thanks Aydin
