Hi, I am a professional developer specialize C++/C#, Digital Signal Processing like and Audio Processing FT, FFT/FFTW. I'll connect new FFTW routine more faster than current FT to filter/output of WAV file into your current C# project. I think FFTW is the best option too.

Hello. I have been programming in C# since 2003 (continuously). I have also been programming in Mathematica since 1999. I am fairly familiar with the signal processing field. I have used the FFTW library (albeit several years ago). By FT do you mean in contrast to an FFT, and in particular, is your execution speed too slow b/c it's an FT and not an FFT? Therefore, you have reasoned that replacement with an FFT will allow you to achieve greatly improved performance? I ask this question b/c it implies that the task/objective is more or less just to replace your current implementation. You've listed these filters, (HP, LP, BP or BE); do they need to be modified, or will the current design basically dispatch calls to the FFT instead? Also, what is BE? I have not fully considered the Envelope aspect of the project, but I do have a decent idea regarding it. Let me know if you are interested in moving forward. Thanks for reading. -Don
