Needed Urgently - c# functionality of the Rope Abstract Data Type

Ropes are a binary tree representation of Strings that allow for efficient manipulation that are described in the journal article “Ropes: an Alternative to Strings”.

-- And also to Implement the Rope Data Structure for the Abstract Data Type

note, i already have a template project (attached) which needs to be used for the above functionality
