Edit jQuery DataTables with [login to view URL]

I have a view with two text boxes and a nested jQuery DataTable.
When I select true to any checkbox of parent row, it displays the nested table and the records are coming in the nested table through Ajax.
Now, I select the records of nested table and click on Save Program.
As, I click on Save Program it redirects me to Team Page where I select team for the program.
For this process I am using three tables. The information of two text-boxes gets saved in table called ‘Programs’, and the Rows which I selected in nested tables gets saved in table ‘ProgramActivies’ and when I select the team it gets saved in ‘ProgramTeam’.
Now the problem is Edit View. When I am going back to edit view, I want to check all the parent rows which have any associated data in ‘ProgramActivites’ and open nested table for them and selected all the nested rows which have data in ProgramActivities.
If user unchecked the existing nested row, then it should be deleted from database or if add new it should be added.
