Custom Print Driver C++ XPS for WIndows

I need a print driver built that uses xps and is selectable from the print screen. It needs to run on Windows 7, 8 and 10. It needs the ability to use a login feature and send raw data to an API. I have the login feature and API as well as the REST calls already built. You will need to pipeline the UI login form I have built so that it pops up during the print process and they can use it. The actual raw xps data (glyphs, Unicode, ect) will be sent to the API endpoint, not as an image but as just raw data to be parsed. This driver will need to be installable so I will need the .exe and the source code and it will need to install on at least Windows 7 , 8 and 10 and Vista and XP could result in a bonus. It is a driver. It will install as a driver and be selectable in the print options. It will send the raw data to a form I have built that will then send the data to my API, they are written in C#. You will: comment all code changes, provide a readme that directs me to the code you changed and why you changed it. Please do not tell me you write programs to print all the time. This is not the same thing so please don't waste either of our time. I already had someone build me an ''app" to do this and they ignored my instructions. I gave them nothing as a result. I do not to 'code to print" I need a print driver as explained above. Huge difference.
