Code c# client to retrieve transactions with Revolut API into DB

Code a C# command line application which connects to revolut using their business API, retrieve transactions and write all the details of them into an MS SQL DB (transaction header+legs) and disconnect/close. Table to store content retrieved from API should be designed and with appropriate data type , primary key 7. Process should refresh a specific time interval of x month each time the application is triggered. Past transactions may be updated or modified, so if an existing transaction exists it should be updated, if the transaction does not exist it should be inserted. 8. A parameter table should be Added with Following settings available : a. connection string b. revolut base api address c. private key for connection d. period of history to refresh in month 8. payment once fully working.
