Aplication development Kinect for Windows

The project exists out of developing a Kinect for Windows (see [login to view URL]) application. This application will be used to assist people with their physical exercises. A 3D character should explain and show the user about how to execute the exercises and also give comments to the way how the exercise is done by the user (Eg.: Please stretch your leg a bit more, and symbols to support this comment further). Second important feature is the possibility to interact with other people who are using the application via the Kinect webcam interface. Technical aspects Is has to be a web based application or easy installable from download location. Just plug in the Kinect, go to a URL and start (or download the application and start). Visual appareance like logo and colors should be easy to customize from a backend location for each user, so the application can be differentiated for user groups and brands. This is only a general description for this project, there is a longer description of this project which will be outlined in a software requirement specification before start of the project.
